Dear Parents & Guardians,
We are excited to open registration for the Spring Lacrosse Season!
This year, the Millburn–Short Hills Lacrosse Club is expanding our staff with additional hired coaches and certified trainers to deliver the strongest, most supportive experience yet—for both players and parents.
Important: Travel Commitment
Travel to other towns is a regular part of the spring season.
While we host home games in Millburn/Short Hills, teams will frequently travel to nearby towns for away games. Although travel may not be required every single week, families should expect consistent travel throughout the season.
Teams will generally have one practice and one to two games per week, along with occasional tournaments.
Teams may also combine players from two adjacent grades when appropriate to ensure competitive balance and proper team placement.
Why Lacrosse?
Lacrosse builds confidence, athleticism, coordination, and teamwork. Players stay active, get constant reps, and learn the game in a high-energy environment. Many begin with little or no experience and progress quickly.
Parents also gain a deeper connection to the sport—our coaches and trainers will help you learn, ask questions, and even participate on the field if you’d like.
